-What inspired you to start sharing your fashion journey online, to become an influencer? How has your background and upbringing in Argentina influenced your sense of style?

My grandma was a fashion designer and dressmaker in Italy and when she immigrated to Argentina she continued working there so my mom and I were practically raised in the fashion world. I’ve always loved watching fashion runways and to model on my grandma’s designs, so it always felt that fashion was a part of me. I grew up in a small town on the outskirts of Buenos Aires so whenever a brand needed a model there, I usually worked for them. I started to share my work on social media until a couple of my Tiktoks went viral during the pandemic; this allowed me to reach more and more brands and eventually was able to move to the Buenos Aires Capital and start my career there.

– How’s a typical day in your life as an influencer?

I usually start my day reading the news to make sure i’m up to date with the latest trends, I also organize my agenda daily as I am my own manager and tend to have business meetings in the afternoon. Around noon is when I usually create content, record tiktoks & reels and I try to spend at least one hour a day streaming on Twitch to have a more personal connection with my followers.

-What are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced in your career, and how did you overcome them?

I think working on the fashion industry is a challenge in itself. Many times I thought of giving up because of feeling judged by people in the industry. However, having a strong support system has been my savior. My family, girlfriend and friends have always been there for me unconditionally.

-How do you balance your personal and professional life as a public figure?

There’s not much difference between “public” and “private” me as I am a very transparent person but I do like to make it a point to spend personal time with my loved ones far away from my cellphone.

-Can you tell us about a campaign or project that you’re particularly proud of?

I’ve had the privilege of working for brands that I’ve always loved such as Nina Ricci, YSL and Lancome and that makes me feel very proud of myself.  Also, being able to do some modeling in LA, a place that feels so unattainable for Argentinians, has been beyond as I always dreamed of working internationally…. a very motivational challenge.

-How do you stay current with the latest fashion trends while maintaining your unique style?

There are many diverse fashion trends nowadays, so I tend to mix what I like the most of each of them and try to fit them into my own style. There are also some things I wouldn’t change even if they ever go out of style such as my low rise jeans, those make my outfit feel truly mine.

-What advice would you give to someone who wants to become a fashion influencer?

It might be cliché but: to never give up. It doesn’t matter how long it would take you to achieve your goals or if someone tells you that you can’t do it.. I promise if you hold on, you will get there. In the fashion industry, there will always be people who would say that you don’t fit in or that you have to be a specific way to be part of it, but that’s when you have to remember that there are as many styles as many different type of people in this world. Just recognize what makes you unique and don’t be afraid to be you and show your own personality.

-How has your advocacy for LGBTQ+ rights impacted your career and your relationship with your followers?

Although I’ve always shared LGBTQ+ content, in 2022, me and my girlfriend Mili Gesualdo, made our relationship public and that truly changed our lives. Our followers on the community felt supported and inspired by us and I remember getting a bunch of messages saying how we helped them to have courage to come out to their families. This made us feel supported as well, sometimes coming out it isn’t an easy thing even though it’s should be nowadays; for example to Mili, it was a a completely new and scary situation so the support truly made a positive impact. In terms of my career, being vocal about who I am gave me the pleasure of helping brands, such as Calvin Klein and Nivea, to promote LGBTQ+ rights on their campaigns.

-What are your future goals and aspirations, both personally and professionally?

Professionally, I’ve worked as a model in Argentina for 6 years so I would like to take my career to an international level. Coming to LA has been the first step. I’d like to model in NYC and Europe someday, I’m working very hard to make that happen! Thankfully I was raised speaking three languages so that is an advantage I have, but I do have to continue gaining experience, putting myself out there more to keep learning new things. I enjoy meeting colleagues and hearing their advices on how to continue improving as a professional and ultimately would love to be a fashion inspiration for others.

On a personal level, I would say just to simply continue growing as a person and to keep enjoying my life surrounded by my loved ones.
